Americans of African origins are organizing to vote out those in political office that they believe hold anti-Africa views. The American Ethiopian Public Affairs Committee (AEPAC) is a non-profit non-partisan organization that was created in recent years to mobilize Ethiopian and Eritrean Americans in the United States. This was the first year the organization endorsed a list of candidates in a major election. Mesfin Tegenu, Executive Chairman of AEPAC, says most of the people they endorsed are winning.
